Spring Renewal Immersion with Nicole Strafaci
Celebrate new beginnings and the transformational power of spring with this powerful creative workshop at beautiful Coyote Ridge Homestead. Beginning with a curated journaling prompt that inspires growth and renewal and a bouquet of flowers from Coyote Ridge by their side , participants will allow their pen to quickly record thoughts onto the page in a "Free Write" style allowing all judgement to fall away . Journaling will be followed by a group led third eye (manifestation portal ) meditation . This journey will hold space for personal transformation and growth in springtime. The third and last part of the workshop will include collage as an intuitive expression of the flowers and the "free write". Each participant will receive a bouquet from Coyote Ridge Homestead and a curated collage pack of papers including solid and printed papers.
