Alzheimer’s Support Group: A dementia checklist for navigating estate and life care planning
Senior care experts at Chestnut Knoll will host a monthly Alzheimer’s Support Group, a program of the Alzheimer’s Association, for family caregivers and their loved ones navigating the dementia journey together. The group offers an opportunity to connect, share experiences, and gain guidance in a supportive environment. Members will meet on Thursday, July 16, at 6:30 p.m. at Chestnut Knoll, 120 W. Fifth St., in Boyertown.
This month’s session will focus on navigating estate and life care planning after a dementia diagnosis, with a presentation by Curran Estate and Elder Law PLLC. Understand the basics of elder law planning, along with what essential documents you should have in place, setting up decision-making safeguards, asset protection, and more.
