Mindful Meditation at Cathedral Church of the Nativity
Come join us for a session of mindful meditation. This form of meditation is as simple as paying attention to your breathing. We meditate as a group to support each other in our practice. As we develop peace in ourselves, we develop peace in the world.
We meet in Sayer Hall in the Chapel of the Good Shepherd. Please arrive early so you have time to get settled before the meditation starts.
