Boyertown Alumni Marching Unit 47th Anniversary Spring Concert
Music was my first love and it will be my last
Music from the future, music from the past
To live without my music would be impossible to do

What words could better describe the importance of music to so many people around the world than those of English pop star John Miles? This year's concert includes selections as far into the future as the days of Star Trek, in the past all the way back to Biblical times with the story of Noah"s Ark and a variety of songs in between.
In the second half of the concert, the Unit honors Mr. Donald J, Kuszyk, who helped to instill the lifetime love of music in countless students while directing bands for 30 years at Boyertown Junior High West, including many Boyertown Alumni members who are performing in this concert in the auditorium named after him.
The concert will include main theme songs from the "Back to the Future" and "Star Trek (2009)" movies, Miles' "Music" and songs from the past featuring "Classic Rock 'N' Roll" and "We're An American Band".
The Boyertown Alumni Marching Unit was formed in 1976 to march in local Bicentennial Parades and has entertained audiences in concerts and parades in eight states and the District of Columbia.
