The annual Thanksgiving Grand Buffet includes a variety of selections:
Harvest Table: Includes assorted festive salads, vegan and vegetarian options, seafood, relishes, and chowders.
Fisherman's Table (Main Inn): A seafood spread with shrimp, salmon, and mussels.
Carving Boards: Features traditional roasted Vermont turkey and prime rib of beef.
Buffet Entrées: Classic main courses include holiday ham, herb-stuffed chicken breast, and roasted duck.
Traditional Trimmings: All the fixings are included, such as sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, and home-style gravy.
