FUN-ky Hanukkah Fiesta
The Annual FUN-ky Hanukkah Fiesta is Albuquerque's favorite way to celebrate and learn about Hanukkah traditions. Dance the hora in the circles and lines to the lively traditional music of the 12-piece Community Klezmer band. Eat delicious traditional food like latkes (potato pancakes), dolmas (stuffed grape leaves), and sufganyote (jelly doughnuts). Enjoy shopping at the silent auction, pay what you wish table, local artists' and crafts tables, Judaica and jewelry shop, clothing boutique and book sale. Entertainment will also include children's presentations and symbolic menorah lighting, a storyteller and the popular Singalong with the Albuquerque Folk Festival Band (lyrics sheet provided).
Admission is $3.00 paid at the door: free admission for children. Food is not included with festival admission.
