Young and old, get in shape for the Olympics and have a summer adventure on the climbing wall. Push yourself to the limit as you attempt to conquer the incredible 25-foot massive rock. The climbing wall has easy, moderate, and hard routes that will challenge you to do your best. Parks &Recreation and the Public Library Albuquerque Bernalillo County have partnered up to bring you this opportunity at the Juan Tabo Library. Meet us on the parking lot between 10-1pm. No registration required. Some important things to consider: The climbing wall is recommended for 2nd grade and up and/or at least 43” tall & 40lbs. Climbers should be wearing pants or shorts (no skirts) and securely attached shoes (nothing that can slip off). Hair should be pulled back but in a style that will be comfortable under a helmet. Dangling jewelry should be removed. Climbers under the age of 18 must have an adult guardian present. Adults are allowed to climb as well.
