Celebrate the art of movement with some gentle yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises. Enjoy a cup of cumin, coriander, and fennel tea after class! Limited number of yoga mats available, or bring your own. For ages 18+. Registration is required. Limited to 20 participants. This program is funded by the Friends of the Public Library.
