Land of Enchantment Fly-In & Airport Open House - Sept 27 2025; Albuquerque Double Eagle II Airport
Aviation Fun at Double Eagle II Airport on Albuquerque's west side! Public invited! Families welcome! Come out early to watch arriving aircraft and catch the spectacular 8AM opening ceremony! Free admission and parking.
Like a car show, aircraft fly in to be judged, while spectators get to stroll amongst a gathering of amateur built, vintage, military and other unique aircraft -- and meet their pilots, builders, and restorers. Airplanes, gyrocopters, helicopters, and remote-control aircraft including balloons (Globitos), are expected. A “Fast as Flight” Auto Showcase with vehicles capable of 125mph or greater debuts this year.
Hands-on activities for all ages in the Builders' Square, Pilot Experience (flight simulators and more), and the Kids' Corner. Food Trucks, Live Music, Exhibit Hall of aviation organizations. Raffles for custom-built F4U Corsair pedal plane and two roundtrip Southwest Airline tickets! Need not be present to purchase, or to Win!
