The DEA's Citizen's Academy is a two-week dynamic training program that enables civilians from local communities to gain an understanding of DEA's critical mission and work. Classes are taught by DEA executives, Special Agents, Diversion Investigators, Intelligence Analysts, and other DEA professionals. No cost. The academy will take place in Albuquerque, New Mexico May 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, and 22 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. All participants who are accepted to attend must plan to attend in-person all days the academy is taking place.
