This event is an opportunity to learn about the latest trends and advancements in women's emotional well-being and mental health, during and following a breast cancer diagnosis. Hear professionals in the field and gain valuable insights into maintaining a healthy balance during a difficult time.
Guest speakers include: Mary Ann Honsinger, local Chapter President of NAMI (National Association of Mental Illness), Margarida Barroso, Professor of Molecular and Cellular Physiology at Albany Medical Center, Pierre Zimmerman, Certified Meditation Guide and Cheryl Syta, NP in Oncology and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach.
Many community partner information tables will be onsite for your chance to connect.
The day's program begins at 9 am and ends at 2:30 pm, check-in after 8 am. Lite breakfast and lunch provided.
