Out with the old, in with the new! We are accepting fabric donations all day Friday, April 12th (whether you are planning to attend the swap or not) but participants are also free to bring in fabric on Saturday between 11-2. You are not required to donate fabric to participate in the swap, though it is encouraged. The Troy Public Library exists to provide quality service to the residents of the City of Troy in an open and non-judgmental environment with free access to library materials in a variety of formats.
