Sally Chaffin Brooks
Sally’s second album, “Street Bird” was released by Helium Records. The album debuted at #1 on both Apple Music and Amazon. Showbiz Monkey called the album “a refreshing breath of fresh air,” saying Sally is “fast, smart, and funny as all hell.”
Sally has appeared on NBC and SyFy and can be heard regularly on Sirius/XM. She had a residency with the PIT Presents at the Peoples’ Improv Theater in NYC and has been invited to perform at many festivals including Limestone, Laughing Skull, the New York Comedy Festival, Women in Comedy, and Gilda’s LaughFest. Sally is the creator of the popular Suzy Jenkins web series, which served as an inspiration for the HULU show “Mother UP!”.
Sally’s debut memoir about thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail, Going to Maine, will be published in September 2024. Comedian Bobcat Goldthwait said, “Going to Maine is the perfect mix of heartfelt and laugh-out-loud funny, and with this book, Sally Chaffin Brooks establishes herself as a stand-out writer you’ll want to follow anywhere.”

When Beck Krefting isn’t teaching classes at Skidmore College or hanging out with members of the lesbian mafia, you can find her performing stand-up wherever someone hands her a microphone. Her comedy is silly, smart, punchy, and full of outrageous ideas for how to make this world a better place.
