From Brooklyn, Smootaphila are Ann Courtney of cult rock band Mother Feather on vocals, Dave Smoota Smith of TV On The Radio on keyboard & beats, the transformative Jeremy Kay on bass, and the absolutely electrifying Jerome Jordan on guitar. This band’s long-awaited debut album has been scheduled for release later this year, and be sure to stick around after the screening for a Q&A with the band moderated by Union College Professor Jenelle Troxell, Co-Director of Film Studies and Associate Professor of English.
