Just in time for Halloween, Thea Hotaling returns and sends shivers up our spine with her program on "Unexplained" Occurrences at Brookwood Manor. Brookwood Manor was built in 1763 and was the home of Thomas Peebles and his wife Elizabeth Bradt Peebles. The home was built in Halfmoon on Routes 4&32, formerly known as the King's Highway. After thomas's death the home became a family-owned tavern that served ordinary travelers as well as important military personnel.
