Annual Meeting of NYSEFC's Board of Directors
Notice is hereby given that the Environmental Facilities Corporation will hold the following meetings on Thursday, June 20, 2024:
Finance Committee Meeting at 11:15 a.m.,
Audit Committee Meeting at 11:45 a.m., and
Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors at 12:30 p.m.
The meetings will be held in the Board Room of the Corporation’s office located at 625 Broadway, Albany, New York and by the use of videoconferencing at 340 South Bedford Road, Bedford Corners, New York 10549; 99 Washington Avenue, Suite 1100, Albany, New York 12231; 90 Crystal Run Rd, Suite 200, Middletown, New York 10941; and 169 Hudson Street, New York, New York 10013.
Members of the public may attend the meetings at any of the aforementioned locations but must provide advance notice of their plan to attend by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 and must be prepared to show valid identification upon arrival.
