Qigong ~ TaiChi Classes at Hudson Area Library
Learn various Qigong sets and then work on a traditional Tai Chi Form – a set series of movements and postures – with instructor Curt Anthon, a member of the Yang Family Tai Chi Association. All are welcome!
Date/Time: Tuesdays, through June 25, 10 – 11am
Location: In person, Hudson Area Library Community Room and virtual via Zoom!
