The Fix-It Picnic: Community Dye Bath at Waterfront Wednesdays
We are stepping outside HAL for our two summer Fix-It Picnics, back at Waterfront Wednesdays! Hang with us by the river and experiment with natural dyes. Bring a light-colored piece of natural fabric (ex. 100% cotton, wool, etc.) or clothing and dip it into one of our community dye baths.
As usual, there will also be plenty of time to work on the sewing, t-shirt weaving, mending, or crafting projects of your choice. The LikeMindedObjects team will be on hand with supplies and tools to help develop your skills. Open to all ages and skill levels!
Dates/Time: Wednesday, August 13, 5 – 7:30pm
Location: Waterfront Wednesdays at Henry Hudson Riverfront Park, Ferry Street, Hudson
Registration: Registration is not required. Supplies are limited and available on a first-come basis.
