May Meetings of EFC’s Finance Committee, Governance Committee, and Board of Directors
The Environmental Facilities Corporation will hold the following meeting on Thursday, May 23, 2024:
Finance Committee Meeting- 10:30 a.m.
Governance Committee Meeting- 11:00 a.m.
Board of Directors Meeting – 12:00 p.m.
The meetings will be held in the Board Room of the Corporation’s office located at 625 Broadway, Albany, New York and via the use of videoconferencing at 340 South Bedford Road, Bedford Corners, New York 10549; One Commerce Plaza, 99 Washington Avenue, Suite 1100, Albany, New York, 12231; 360 Erie Boulevard East, Syracuse, New York 13202; and 169 Hudson Street, New York, New York 10013.
Members of the public may attend the meetings at any of the aforementioned locations but must provide advance notice of their plan to attend by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 and must be prepared to show valid identification upon arrival.
