Vietnam Veterans Presentation by DAR
March 29th is National Vietnam War Memorial Day and the Schenectada Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution will present 50th Anniversary lapel pins to living U.S. military veterans who served during the Vietnam War period. The presentation of pins will take place at 1PM on Friday, March 29th at the Empire State Aerosciences Museum, 250 Rudy Chase Dr., Glenville, NY. ESAM is offering free admission to the museum and free coffee to all Vietnam Veterans from 10AM to 4PM. Living U.S. Veterans who served on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces from Nov. 1, 1955 to May 15, 1975, regardless of location, are eligible to receive a lapel pin.
