AUDITIONS: The Laramie Project by R'ville Stage Creations
R'ville Stage Creations is looking for fearless and talented non-union performers (ages 18+) for our June 2026 production of The Laramie Project.
We are auditioning for all eight roles (each actor performs multiple additional characters):

We celebrate diversity and welcome performers of any ability level, ethnicity, religion, and gender identity/expression. Prior stage experience is a plus but not required. This is a non-union, volunteer community theatre production. We offer actors a small travel honorarium.
What to prepare: An open and kind attitude. You will be given a selection from the script when you arrive and will read cold. Please, feel empowered to read the script ahead of the audition. If you are invited to callbacks, you will be asked to cold read from the script in small groups.
Audition Dates:
Choose ONE of these options for your initial audition:
- Monday March 23rd at Conkling Hall, Rensselaerville
- Wednesday March 25th at Bridge Street Theatre, Catskill
sign-in opens at 6:30 pm, auditions start at 7 pm

Callbacks are by invitation only and will be held on Thursday, March 26th at Bridge Street Theatre in Catskill. If you are invited to callbacks, you will receive an email by 11 pm on Wednesday, March 25th.

Rehearsals: Starting Sunday March 29 up to tech week. Most rehearsals at Bridge Street Theatre, some rehearsals at Greenville Public Library
