Local Author Talk: Thomas Nygren Book Reading and Signing
Come join us and meet local author Thomas Nygren on his recent book “Old Friends” on Tuesday, April 30 at 3pm, A bittersweet tale of fifty-somethings who, when their worlds are upended, must learn life-changing lessons of friendship, betrayal, loss, healing, and love.
Thomas I. Nygren discovered his passion for writing during the pandemic and is thrilled to have completed his debut novel. His new project is a young adult science fiction saga. When he’s not writing, he’s teaching English to immigrants, refugees, and international students. His favorite old friend is his college sweetheart, whom he married nearly four decades ago. Now empty-nesters, they live in Cohoes, New York, enjoying birdwatching along the Mohawk and Hudson Rivers and spending time with their three amazing grandchildren.
