Introduction to Reiki and Chakra Harmonizing Session with Eleanor Ollier Goodman Goodman
Reiki is effective for bringing the body into a state of relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety, easing pain and improving the overall quality of life. The vibration and sound that the tuning forks and the sound chalice produce help to balance the body’s energy. It reduces tension and promotes emotional, physical and spiritual harmony. Sound frequencies are used to stimulate points in the body.
30 minute sessions available between 2:00pm-5:00pm
