Join together with others for a create and meditate practice based on Cathy's on-line course "Your Meditative Art Journey."
We will draw and collage circles as a way to explore how the simple act of creating circular patterns can help us practice mindfulness and cultivate tranquility. As you work with circles, you’ll learn to notice your thoughts, focus on the present, and embrace a meditative flow, helping you develop greater mental clarity, balance, and emotional peace.
Whether you are a seasoned artist or a beginner, this class provides a non-judgmental space for creativity and mindfulness to merge.
All supplies provided. Prior art experience is not required, only a desire to learn a mindful approach through creativity.
