100 Women Strong OHIO First Giving Event of 2024
The 100 Women Strong OHIO First Giving Event is open to all women although only members can vote during the evening. The first hour is a social hour with cocktails and appetizers followed by the second hour which is focused on the three Northeast Ohio-based presenting charities, all thoroughly vetted by the 100 Women Strong OHIO grant committee. After each charity presents its case, members case their votes as to which organization will receive the largest grant. The remaining charities receive smaller donations. The goal is to impact as many in need as possible, helping the organizations that work most closely with them to have the funds to expertly serve them. 100 Women Strong OHIO members have developed relationships on their own with charities, volunteering their time as well as their treasure. We believe that we are Stronger Together and that our impact is wider and stronger by pooling together our resources for the greater good in our community. We also believe that we are part of a larger community no matter where we call home. Women may join 100 Women Strong OHIO at the event.
