The festival will include crafts, games, prizes, face painting, a bounce house, snow cones, popcorn and a free hot dog lunch. Rev. Karen McEwen will offer Blessings of the Animals during the event (animals must be leashed or contained). The Massillon Tigers Swing Band Drum Line will perform. Everyone is welcome and everything is FREE.
