Sip + Graze: A Grazing Tray Masterclass
From the organizers:
Join us for the perfect finale to a weekend of cheese indulgence at Gervasi Vineyard! Local cheesemonger Nicole Dietz, owner of Fromage du Monde, will host a demonstration on crafting the ultimate grazing tray. Sip on a glass of red or white wine and enjoy from the crafted grazing table while learning the art of selecting and arranging artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, and accompaniments for a visually stunning and flavorful spread. A cash bar will also be available. Whether you're a seasoned cheese lover or new to the world of gourmet grazing, this event will inspire your next gathering with friends and family.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Grazing table reception before demonstration
Choice of Red or White Wine
Demonstration by Nicole Dietz on crafting the ultimate grazing tray
Grazing tray to be raffled for guest to take home
LOCATION: The Villa Grande Ballroom (See Property Map >).
DURATION: Approximately 1 hour. Doors open 30 minutes prior to event start time.
TICKETS & SEATING: Seating for this event will be in mixed groups of 6. If you wish to be seated with another person and are purchasing tickets separately, please fill out the event seating request form after purchasing your tickets. We will use our best efforts to accommodate group requests when notified in advance. It is often not possible to accommodate group seating requests at the door. If one member of the group can purchase tickets for all members, that is the easiest way to ensure everyone can sit together.
* This event is non-refundable/non-transferable. No physical tickets will be issued. Please check in under the purchaser’s name upon arrival.
