Immerse yourself in the festive spirit of the season with a bewitching night of gourmet cuisine and exquisite wine pairings, all set in the beautiful Villa Grande. Our Hallo-Wine Dinner features a specially curated multi-course menu, artfully crafted by our Corporate Resort Executive Chef, Ryan Bowen to celebrate the flavors of autumn. Each course will be paired with a selection of our award-winning wines, chosen to complement and enhance the unique tastes of the season. Pomegranate Caprese Salad: Burrata, Toasted Pepitas, Basil, Pomegranate Vinaigrette paired with Lascito Witches Brew Pea Soup: Garlic, Onion, Mushrooms paired with Piove Black Pappardelle Pasta: Sausage, Roasted Tomato Cream, Basil Oil paired with Truscano Grilled Strip Steak: Sweet Potato, Beet, Spinach Hash, Red Chimichurri paired with Serenata Black Chocolate Cake: Black Cherry Filling, Red Chocolate Ganache paired with Abbraccio We apologize but special dietary requests or substitutions to the menu cannot be accommodated. TICKETS & SEATING: Seating for this event will be mixed groups of 8 at round tables. If you wish to be seated with another group and are purchasing tickets separately, please fill out the event seating request form after purchasing your tickets. We will use our best efforts to accommodate group requests when notified in advance. It is often not possible to accommodate group seating requests at the door. If one member of the group can purchase tickets for all members, that is the easiest way to ensure everyone can sit together. * This event is non-refundable/non-transferable.
