Join us for a series of cozy, restorative yoga sessions, deep relaxation, Reiki and sound healing.
Class Details:
This Restorative Yoga with Reiki Assists series is a gentle, supportive practice that invites you to unwind, renew, and embrace self-compassion. Through the use of props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters, you’ll be able to hold poses for longer durations, allowing for deep relaxation and the meditative union of body and mind. Suitable for all levels, each class is enhanced with gentle Reiki assists, creating a space of warmth, healing, and restoration. Led by Lisa Schaefer, RYT-200, Reiki Master
