Theodore Ruger, Dean of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, moderates. A book sale and signing with the author will follow the discussion. David Barron is a judge on the First circuit Court of Appeals and a visiting professor at Harvard Law School. This program is presented as part of the Center's Election 2016 Program Series and in conjunction with Headed to the White House, open through Election Day.
