Our focus is in educating our clients on the aspects of concern within their lives; love & relationships, improving mental stamina, or aligning the body with the mind and spirit. Evolution Coaching strives to support clients through goal oriented growth using art, play, and self-reflection.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Too many people are disconnected from their natural self. In this era, many of us are overwhlemed by daily tasks that have little to do with satisfying our 1) desires, 2) purpose, or 3) spirit. It’s time that we reclaim our humanity and seek to be in community with each other and our environment.
What do you love most about your job?
I love HOLISM. I enjoy helping people recognize the connections in their lives between how they eat, move, socialize, satisfy their spirit, and work. We are quick to run off to the doctor or therapist when imbalances occur, but often ignore the signals our bodies send to create balance naturally.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
“Oh my gosh, I didn’t know I could feel this good!” I had a client years ago who inspired me to continue this work. I helped her through a degree, family transitions, and career discernment.
