The customer has the opportunity to discuss the basic particulars of the potential project including general costs, construction practices, design concepts and options. The Consultation is a Pre-Design Phase and Needs Assessment analysis. There is no obligation to retain MZDC for the whole project.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration came from understanding the importance of architecture. We will likely spend almost 90% of our lifetime indoors…what indoor environment we are in will greatly affect our lives. Architectural design can impact how we learn, heal, work and live. Architecture requires commitment.
What do you love most about your job?
Why do we purchase more architecture related books than any other books combined? Why do we spend so much of our free time on architecture related websites? Why do we meticulously design new and renovating projects? It’s just something we love to do.
