During the session, you’ll prepare four family-size entrees of your choice from the menu. The kitchen provides everything you’ll need—even chopped and diced ingredients—though you should bring a large cooler or other container to take the meals home in. Freeze the entrees, and over the course of the next few weeks, you can cook the entrees at home by following the instructions on the label.
