Pre-wedding Services:
• In person consultation 4-6 weeks prior to wedding
• Walk through of venue 4-6 weeks prior to wedding
• Creation and execution of timeline
• Confirm and coordinate vendors 1-2 weeks prior to wedding
• Email and texting communication as needed
Wedding Day Services:
• 6 Hours of coverage
• Accept deliveries and work with venue (within reason)
• Arrive on site 2-3 hours prior to ceremony depending on wedding circumstances
• Display of all décor items including programs, signage, cake serve ware, place cards and more
• Coordinate ceremony with musicians and officiant
• Supervision of all ceremony and reception set up
• Supervision and transportation of gifts to safe location or assigned person
• Direction of wedding party and family at ceremony and reception
• Distribute final vendor payments and tips
• Handle all logistics and problem solve
• Run local errands as needed
• Plate/ refill cookies if needed
