What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Some stylists charge over $100.00/hour for their services, but because we are subscription based, you make just one payment and we’re yours for 3 months, 6 months, or an entire year! We work with you to create a style that is uniquely yours and do all of the shopping for you. We take out the stress!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Both of us have a retail background and were constantly running into busy people who just didn’t have time to shop. When they did have time to shop, they were clueless about what they wanted or needed. So we thought, “Hey! Why don’t we help them out?” Thus, TAILORED was born!
What do you love most about your job?
We really love helping people! The feeling we get from having a happy client who is so excited to get out of bed in the morning and get dressed is really fantastic. Knowing that we are making them feel great about themselves and taking one small worry away is the greatest.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
I never thought I could look this amazing. One of our more recent clients had 3 babies in a matter of 3 years. Her body was completely different, and she had given up looking good. We created an entirely new wardrobe for her and the look on her face every time she put something on was priceless.
