Governor Bryants Proclamation of 2014 as the Year of the Creative Economy has its Finale in Greenville, the City of Creativity as proclaimed by Mayor Cox. Presenting partners include MDA, The College of Aspiring Artists, Delta Citizens Alliance, WDSV 91.9 FM and the Washington County CVB Others are signing as vendors to fill up the marketplace.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Delta arts and creative enthusiasts converge in the city of Greenville and culminate the year with 1st Christmas, Mississippis Creative Economy Showcase and Expo. It will be a major moment to edutain and put Mississippis creative enterprises on display and on sale throughout the state and the nation.

National artists along with the best in statewide performing and visual artists will be showcased. The showcase and expo will attract and makes provision for thousands to come to Greenville to see talents and enterprises from across the Mississippi Delta who will market their product, services and talents of creativity at the event. One day is free admission (with ticket) and the opening day requires paid admission.

Day 1- Opening Welcome Reception and Concert- (paid admission required) A preview of the event is setup displaying the best in creative economy exhibition of the products and the enterprises for the sponsors, media and organizers to see first. Most of the creative products and services will be timed to coincide with the holiday festive season for tourism appeal with gift purchasing incentives including but not limited to Delta made gourmet foods, clothing fashions, and much in art, books and musical and creative products featuring the best of from seasoned creative talents but a strong first look at the aspiring and rising talents.

Day 2- (free admission with ticket) Finale featuring live performances and festive food and shopping just in time for Christmas and something for the entire family. Tickets are online and giveaways on WDSV 91.9 FM each day while they last.
