- Transportation: parking available on the 18th Street, on the south side of "Buck" O’Neil Way (17th Street Terrace), or in public parking lots near the Gregg Community Center at 18th and Woodland or 18th & Vine.
- Food, drink, and chewing gum are not allowed.

- Staff and volunteers wear masks/face coverings and gloves in public spaces.
- Increased frequency of cleaning throughout the day and in between timed sessions.
- Hand sanitizing stations are available.
- Plexiglass has been installed in areas where transactions occur.
- Staff/volunteers are required to remain home in the event of illness.
- Walk-in visits are discouraged; reservations are strongly recommended.
- All guests are requires to register at the time of their visit.
- Social distancing is encouraged and occupation limits have been introduced.
- Water fountains and coat checks are unavailable at this time.
