Join us as we create pots using air dry clay and the coil method. In this workshop, we will look at examples of coil pots dating as far back as 1500 B.C. and use them as inspiration to create contemporary pots. Coil pots are constructed by gradually stacking and joining coils. A combination of smooth and patterned surfaces can be easily created, making each pot unique.
Class times: 11am-12pm; 1pm-2pm; 2:30pm-3:30pm
Classes are held in the Gallery of Fine Craft.
Suggested Ages: 7 and above.
