This story focuses on Patricia and the effect her mother has on her life from childhood through adulthood. She has relocated from Alabama; living in Philadelphia, Pa. where she meets Terrell and Theresa, coworkers at Temple Hospital. The three nurses quickly become close friends and set on a journey of self discovery of how each other's past pains shapes the course and sets the trajectory of their lives. This play calls into the light hurt, abuse, fear, mistrust as well as true friendship and true love. It calls us to see front and center, who we really are and the importance of embracing what loving yourself really is and what it does for you and those around us.
