By the end of 2010, social media marketing will just be called marketing. -- Social Media Marketing Institute's Certified Social Media Marketer designation course teaches attendees to develop responsible, effective and ethical social networking strategies for business.
During the two-day course, attendees will be given a perspective and understanding of the principles behind social networking in addition to understanding the social media tools.
The course covers building an online identity, reputation management, rules & ethics and the application of specific tools such a Facebook and Twitter.
Attendees leave with a written plan of business strategies utilizing social media.
