So often when we think of one-pot meals they are slow cooked warming dishes for he cooler weather. Not these one-pot meals! Theses are wonderful entrees to have as the days become warmer, but there's still a little chill in the air.
Students will explore this topic in detail, learn about new healthy foods, and sharpen their knife and general cooking skills.
Class menu includes: Japanese Nabe Pot; Tortilla Lasagna; Peanut Noodles with Tofu and Vegetables; and Thai Summer Rolls.
Each class is dedicated to teaching students how to cook healthfully, using the best quality organic, vegetarian, and often gluten-free ingredients.
