Bob Reese will be coming to PPK Philly as a guest coach to teach a workshop on Ambidextrous Movement. This is a 3 hour long workshop on the importance of ambidextrousness in training, and creativity using ambidextrous moves. The first hour and a half will be hands on instruction with Bob Reese going over certain moves, techniques, and concepts, and the last hour and a half will be an open gym where Bob will come around and help you out with anything you may be struggling with.
All ages are welcome! Only very basic parkour knowledge is required to take this workshop, such as how to do a roll.
Tickets for this workshop are $45.
