Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia awards K-8th grade scholarships by random lottery* each year. CSFP will host a citywide event to celebrate the opening of our lottery for School Year 2019-2020 scholarships. Staff and volunteers will hand out information and encourage families to apply at these six different recreation centers across the city from 11am-2pm on our Citywide Application Launch day, September 22nd:
• Olney Recreation Center: 6001 A Street
• Holmesburg Recreation Center: 4500 Rhawn Street
• Kendrick Recreation Center: 5822 Ridge Avenue
• Kingsessing Recreation Center: 4901 Kingsessing Avenue
• Cobbs Creek Recreation Center: 280 Cobbs Creek Parkway
• Murphy Recreation Center: 300 West Shunk Street
*All CSFP scholarships are partial and need-based. To apply, all families must reside in Philadelphia and have children entering grades K-8th next fall. Applications are free, and available on CSFP’s website after the 22nd.
