On January 1, 2018 - 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM Philadelphia based Massage and Yoga Studio Mellow Massage & Yoga is welcoming in the new year a powerful intention setting yoga workshop. This is based on the concept of Sankalpa in the tradition of Yoga. Sankalpa is Sanskrit for, 'intention formed by the heart and mind'. We will plant a seed for all of the great things to come moving into 2018 through breath, movement, and heart felt connection to our deepest desires.
Mellow Massage & Yoga is committed to enriching the lives of Philadelphians in East Falls and beyond through community education, Yoga Classes & workshops and providing access to a diverse wellness therapies. Help us energize our yoga studio with your intentions for 2018.
