Come on out to the Hooked on Fitness Studio for Shake It Up! We have five of the area's top Zumba® instructors ready to delivery 120 minutes of pure dance. We will also have raffles to raise money for the Alzheimer's Association as our first charity as this disease hits very close to home for a couple of us.
