Stops include Eleutherian Mills, the first du Pont family home built in America; the First Office of the DuPont Company; a restored nineteenth-century machine shop; and restored workers' community. Visitors may walk through the Powder Yard or browse exhibitions in the Visitor Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Use Hagley's main entrance off Route 141 in Wilmington, Delaware.
