Event Features: Educational, Free / No Charge, Lecture, Networking Neighborhood: Center City  Join GenPhilly to learn more about innovative ways to help seniors access different transportation options in the area and what innovative models exist around the country. For older adults, there is a very strong relationship between access to transportation and 1) health outcomes, 2) one's ability to access social services, health facilities, and fresh fruits and vegetables and, 3) whether one is physically active on a regular basis. We hope that this event can catalyze new partnerships and programs in the future. 8:30 - Networking and Breakfast 9:00 - Program. Keynote Speaker Karen Wolf-Branigin, Director, National Center on Senior Transportation (NCST) presents 'Innovative Models from around the Country' Lightning Presentations and Discussion presented by a panel of professionals from SEPTA, The Partnership TMA, Montgomery County, Mayor's Office of Transportation and Utilities, and Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission.
