Oil & Water portrays this environmental disaster from the unique perspectives of young people at both ends of the spectrum - Hugo Lucitante fights for the survival of his Amazonian tribe, while David Poritz, from Amherst, MA, attempts to revolutionize the oil industry with a fair trade certification system. Oil & Water is a sobering look at the enormous pressures David and Hugo face, while also demonstrating how two determined people can make an impact in the world.
