During the class, the instructor demonstrates all the steps necessary to craft mozzarella cheese from scratch in 30 minutes. The class begins with an introduction to cheese-making equipment as well as the cleaning and sanitizing procedures required to maintain it. Then students will watch as the instructor transforms whole milk and other fresh ingredients into balls of soft, moist cheese, which students can enjoy while still fresh and warm.
