Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our gym has great coaches who truly care, a fun and engaging atmosphere, and a strong community. All of these aspects make our members feel welcome, empowered, and motivated to meet their fitness goals, regardless of their age, gender or fitness level.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration behind starting our business is the fact that we can have a positive impact on so many peoples lives everyday. We have built a community of people who genuinely care about each other and are always there to support one another.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the smile on our members’ faces when they achieve a goal. Whether it be in the gym or in life. If we have had a small part in helping them achieve this goal, then we have done our job.
